I wish I had read the reviews before grabbing this for my new home. We have handscraped adobe wood and Mexican tile throughout and I wanted something quick to clean dust dust balls and small areas. I guess I was in total disbelief that this didn 't work. It does nothing but sweep and believe me, it ISN 't even as good as my real broom. I will always read on here first before making another purchase such as this. It is so useless, that I am curious if the 5 star reviews are authentic?

I bought this broom-Vacumm thinking it was a good idea. The brand seems to make good devices if I trusted them. To my surprise it was the worst thing I ever bought. No matter how you load it sucks anything and it just sweeps the floor properly. This is the first time I left a review for a product, and this because of how dissapointed I am. Don 't buy it, you regret it!

We bought it because my wife thought it might be useful ... and useful it is! To quickly find little dry spills and quick clean is super useful. Actually I Don 't know why some people are so negative about them ... perhaps did not 't use them correctly. Ours has a lot of clean energy and vacuum sweeping. Hair and stuff gets trapped in the bristles, but 'I prefer not to have left on the floor ... We just clean the brush periodically. R rone the latter, let's Sweet Tomatoes fairly regularly and in all restaurants that "I have seen that has a pair of Dirt Devil Broom Vacs Restauarant around for quick cleanups! Hey, if it works for the service commercial, then it should last a long time for our residential! R RPS have ours at Walmart for $ 25 ... well worth the money!

I purchased a new vaccuum Brum received and when it didn 't work. I called the manufacturer and got no where and then contacted the seller was told that some of them had a problem with the charger. Mine does not charge and is not good to me. I asked for a new charger and was told they were not available. I would not rec. this document to anyone nor would I deal with the seller.

I've had my Brum four months so I 've given mine a fair chance to perform. It's terrible. It 's small filter clogs within 90 seconds if there is dust or animal hair on the floor. Say, did not 't pick up things that's why I bought it? I 'm not talking about a dirt floor either! Rthe motor ISN 't strong enough to creat a vacuum that can pick up much of anything, but hair and dust that clog the filter immediately. Undisturbed sand and the like remain in the soil. No, there is nothing wrong with my Brum. This is all I can do. Rthe TV ad running for a while showed a much better performance. It stretched the truth .. much. I 'm going to throw it. I Don 't feel well enough to give it away, because it is so useless and frustrating. I would like the option to give no stars.

I am soooo surprised to see such a variety of opinions about this product. I bought it at Kohls this weekend and liked it so I decided to come in here and buy some for gifts. Perfect for my parents who like to lug around a heavy sweeper! I mean perfect. I feel really great suction. I sweep a very large area, kitchen, hall, living room, dining room with it and not loose the juice. I'll tell you that the deal is not difficult to collect, you only need to consider Prongs ultimately to make sure they line up. I charged all night and dissapointed in the morning when it did not work. I took the handle apart and reattached it and succeed big. I bought 3 more for gifts!

I thought it would be brush works better than my traditional broom and dustpan. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. The brush could be used in one direction and didn 't pick up anything. I thought that maybe once the brush was fully charged, it would have better suction, but it didn 't. Don 't buy, stick to your

I have not had any problems with my new BRUM vac. I initially charged it as instructed in the manual and have used it 2-3 times every day since in my kitchen. That was one week ago today and it is still going strong. It is heavier than a regular broom, but for small, quick jobs crumb & dirt this thing is great! I like that it does not have to stay on a charger ... I can hang it inside my pantry door. The only drawback is that hair does have a tendency to get caught in the bristles, but then again it always got caught on the roller in my old "broom " vac too.

Bought one for my Mom for Christmas and she loves it, going to get her another for the upstairs.

This product has basically nothing else but it sounds cool. It does not sweep the crumbs, as in the video either. We asked for 24 minutes, as he said and he had hardly any power. It takes maybe 5 minutes off each accusation, if that. You can 't in the corners, because it is not flexible, as someone else above. Do not waste your $. I am very disappointed by this product.

I received this for Christmas from my daughter and I was so looking forward to trying it. Just like ArmyVet, I had difficulty snapping the handle in place. There is no indicator light and it isn 't charging. What is up with that? Totally a piece of junk. Such a disappointment.

Just as with ArmyVet, and the person who commented on his review, I had this house of points and couldn 't charge or turn it on. It 's is embedded in day to day, without any result. I don 't think these things have been inspected by a person of quality control before being shipped out. I'm sorry for the designer 's name is on this point - Dirt Devil really the customer and their brand in diservice great when shipped this out. Now, I 'm happy for all those who have at least had the opportunity to prove their Brum, and find out if he liked how it worked or not. (However, I can 't help but wonder how long the wave of work last year, when many don ' t work at all coming directly from the window.) If you decide to try this thing, consider yourself warned . I would say don 't buy unless you can connect to the one you purchase in a store of brick and mortar, and make sure it works before taking him home.

Please don 't waste your money - I can honestly say this is the worst product I have ever purchased. It is awkward and heavy and does not pick up anything after repeated attempts. You have to hold it upright over the pile of trash and the trash is still there. Not user friendly at all - awkward to remove dust cup for emptying. I can 't imagine it being good for anything but a slight upper body workout. I expect you 'll see a lot of these at Big Lots. R rI want to go back to my old method of broom and Dustbuster, but even a dust pan would be quicker and easier than this thing.

When I saw a commercial for the Dirt Devil Brum, I knew I had to have it. With a cat, a dog and hardwood floors throughout our house, it seemed like the perfect solution to keep the floors clean. R RI found that you had to sweep dirt into a pile, then use the side of the broom with the hole to ensure suction. It was easier to get out the dust pan. This is NOT IDEAL FOR PET HAIR. It will sweep it, but the vacuum will not pat hair. R rThe concept is great - a cordless broom that vacuums - but the product just didn 't what it should accomplish.

I recently bought a Dirt Devil Brum Vac. I took it home and could not 't wait to use it! My initial thought it looked really cool and seems easy to use. I put it together and have a little trouble assembling the handle. You have to push hard enough to handle, but it will click. I have to pay it and go to town. Excellent suction, perfect for a quick vote up in the kitchen! Container land can be removed and emptied one hand. Can not wait to use it during the holidays!

I got it home and began assembly, the product did not even have a charging light as indicated in the user manual! So anyway, I let it charge for 24 hours and still nothing! It doesn 't even come on .... NO POWER! I 've had this item for just over 24 hours, and am returning it for a full refund today! Highly disappointed.

Accept this as a gift and have been very disappointed with it. Even with a full load can not absorb almost anything. In addition, fur and soft easy to bend to trap whatever you sweep.

I bought this to replace the broom and dust pan to use for normal everyday use. But when I got it and put it together, I realized that the weight loss, although the light to push-vacuum, is ridiculously heavy for something that is meant to sweep with.
