I purchased this vacuum to use on my hardwood floors and my bathroom floors. It does a wonderful job. The pivoting floor brush makes it easy to get into corners and around tables, toilets and other areas I couldn 't get to with my Dyson upright. R ri HAIRY have three dogs and this vacuum picks up the hair with no problem. It is light, sturdy, powerful, and I love that it is bagless. I have to empty the cup a few times while I am vacuuming, but that is so easy to do - no problem. R rThe carpet attachment is not so great, especially on the dog hair. I still rely on my Dyson to do my carpets. I would not purchase this machine if it was going to be my only vacuum, but it does a fantastic job for what I bought it for. R rOverall, I recommend this vacuum for hard surfaces. It 's easy to carry up and down stairs and I love the way it looks, too!

This vacuum cleaner does not clean! The suction is so weak that it won 't pick up cat litter and pet hair can not get out of the carpet. The canister is so small and the suction so weak, that I have to empty it 3 times just to clean my 900 sq foot house. Emptying the canister is a disgusting job. I have to pick pet hair out of the filter with my fingers and out of the various parts where it gets stuck. I also have to pick out hair that gets stuck in the nozzle. The supposedly more powerful main attachment was unusable within a month because hair got wrapped around the spinning brush and even pulling the Hair Out wouldn 't make it work. I hate this so much cleaner and I am so disappointed to have spent a penny on it. Next time I 'm going to get one with a bag so I don ' t have to manually pick hair and dirt out of the filter 3 times in order to vacuum my house.

I 've only had this little man about a month, but I love it! I tend to buy cheaper empty and replace them every couple of years, so I can 't say if this is super quality, but it ' s exactly what I was looking for. I have a small house with 2BR/1BA hardwood, linoleum and carpet - This is perfect for this. Everything together was easy. The power performance is brilliant and not just occasionally, you can slide off at high power to choose what will be the best speed for the exact task you are doing now, and ease of hand tools outside is wonderful. You can also use the tools of my old Bissell (such as pet hair remover) and fits right in the handle (where the broomstick is going) and becomes a powerful tool for little fingers! The retraction cord is a great advantage, and the trash bin (though small) vacuum is a breeze! The only thing I ask is a better way to store all the additional components, now I kind of hang your head an extra hook that probably doesn 't belong, but apart from that, this rug The really makes me 'want ' Vacuum!

I bought this specifically for wood floors in our house. Powerful engine. Easily manipulated handle and hose. Well built. Small container of dust and lint, but so easy to empty - this doesn 't a problem today. Highly Recommend ... Mike / Cincinnati

Very good vacuum that has lasted a long time and continues to be great. Best quality for areas that have wooden floors. It's not really hard on the carpet, but do the job. Very easy to empty. Cord doesn 't tangle and retracts easily into the void. I recommend this Dirt Devil.

This is my second Dirt vac Denilio and this is better than last year. On / off switch on the handle is great, 3 levels. 2 heads that work great and as cool retracting the cable into the system. You can hear the power, but the system is quiet. Don 't forget the tree-away for storage. We love it!

Nice vacuum that is doing well on carpet and hardwood. Came quickly and the price was right, ESP with free shipping. This is for the office and we had several types of cordless phones that were just lame after a month or 3. This looks great and now we are happy with it.

Overall pretty happy with this vacuum. Best on hard surfaces of the carpet, but still does the job, even in places with a few more passes. Well-designed and attractive design. I recommend it.

I brought this vacuum since the summer of 2009 and continues to work without any problems. Here are my pros and cons in the list below. R rPros: r-less dust when the containers are coming. R-works well on wood floors. R-automatic retraction of the cord. Ro filter uses more than 082,500 Dirt Devil. R rCons: r-bit Heavier Than Dirt Devil 082,500. R-to areas of the carpet, not so well. Still use 082,500 Dirt Devil brush areas of the carpet. R rThat 's about it, very good product overall.

I have hardwood floors and tile in my house. Add 3 cats and frequent vacuuming is necessary. This Dirt Devil is just out and is an awesome job. It also works well if the area rugs I have, along with furniture. It 'sa great emptiness - I think I ' ll give some out as Christmas presents.

Used for the first time in this vacuum, it was shut down after five minutes operation. The manual states that it will shut down the vacuum cleaner in case of overheating and the "thermal protector " is enabled. In this case, you have to wait 30 or 45 minutes (depending on) what part of the manual you read, to restart the machine. It is difficult to get a house when the device refuses to 90% of the time, clean work. I just got this vacuum and had to return it. Although he did a great job on my wood floors and low pile carpeting, there seemed to be a "short " in the handle. I have a long haired cat and chocolate lab and lots of hair, I have laminate flooring throughout rustic table, so I need something to collect in the cracks, this makes it very good, I like being able to control the suction for carpets. RHowever also have a large wool rug braiding and wouldn 't pick up something on it, I ' t buy this for my blankets so that means I kept going in the upright (also a Dirt Devil) I Don 't see a problem with clean dirt cup, I reuse plastic bags from my purchases and tie the top. GH desire of the rope was longer and better, but others had attached my fit this case.

When I received this, I hesitated. Not only because of the small size, but smaller containers for the debris. I was right. I have a deep carpet in the living room. I tried it in the living room. After 5 minutes, I had to empty it. Even 1/8th floor done. I have 2 sisters Shepherd, a breed warehouse in very heavy, throughout the year. This item ISN 't made for stength. It 's made for people who have very low pile carpet or bare floor, with a pet who don ' t Shed. I returned it. It ISN 't worth the price.

I found this product works fine, except for the fact that, owing to its twelve vacuum amplifier that doesn 't work in some tacos that have a switch amplifier fifteen.

I bought this vacuum to vacuum my carpets. I would hadn 'T. Wish I could read the reviews before I bought it. This is the worst vacuum I ever was. It does not pick up at all. A complete waste of money. Color is pretty, but that 's about the best thing about it!

This is my first negative review on Amazon. The vacuum break within the warranty period. I brought to a dealer who has agreed that wasn 'ta problem user and contacted the company. The company refused to pay saying it was the fault of the users for the treatment of braking, without even contacting me. R rI went to their website to email, but its one of those forms of contact where the copy of the text has not been sent. They gave me a standard text response, saying take it to an authorized dealer, even if I said that I did in my original. The e-mail didn 't reply directly to something I had written. There was no name on the reply, so if I came back and sent another message to them I had to start the process all over again. R rI are in the process of filing a complaint with the State and other agencies. His is not the money but the principle.

I like the vacuum is much more to it works well from day one, I was not able to get the automatic retraction and running. Yes, I know I could do it again, but the reason I ordered it on line is because I have no time for shopping. I am the Dirt Devil, because I am an upright one that I have for years and love it.

I love this vacuum. I have all hardwood floors with a broom and has been for a while '. I decided to hold a vacuum that the dust down better. This was a great choice. Collects everything that I need to pick it up, empties easily and isn 't so cumbersome to store. I purchased the Dirt Devil Vision after much research and review. My house has mostly Laminate, tile, and linoleum floors with 3 bedrooms having a very low pile, wall to wall, carpet. I really wanted to vacuum that was designed for cleaning the non carpeted floors and area rugs, but would still be good enough for use on my wall to wall carpets. This vacuum seemed like a good match of a hard surface to air driven tools and carpet tool. R rThe good: r rThis vacuum has a surprising amount of suction (Airflow) and although I didn 't think I would use it, I ended up using the adjustable suction a lot! It was so convenient being on the handle and I loved it that actually turned down the speed of the engine just not opened to vacuum hole in the handle or something. The Vacuum looks nice and feels like a decent quality for its price. It 's more quiet than most Canister Vacs I ' ve tried too. The hard surface attachment did not seem to be designed to harm or SCUFF hardwood floors or table legs. R rThe bad: r rThis vacuum suffers from some serious flaw. I am not sure of the designer 's attempt but it seems like they tried to make a vacuum that would be good at both carpeted and none carpeted floors. Unfortunately they made something that isn 't very good at either. As a hard surface only the Dirt Devil Vision vacuum could have been great except that the floor tool they offer for this purpose is more like something I would expect to throw in the box maker to as an after thought for a Purely carpet only machine. The twisting head sounds nice but it has a friction joint in it that is designed to make it hold the head in whatever position you put it in twisted. Unfortunately that means having to reach down and twist it back straight with your hand or your foot every time you finish cleaning around that chair leg. You can twist it by just twisting the Hose Handle but it sticks and will not go back without using your hand. It is amazingly frustrating. The hard surface tool is also very small. If you only had to clean hard surfaces, I would suggest going out and buying another head for this vacuum. At 10 "it is just too small for large open areas. 12 " would be decent and Vacuums that are serious about being designed for hardwood floors would be 14 . " R rThe air driven carpet tool was the biggest problem for me. I ended up returning the machine attachments because of this poor quality and design. While it may be for carpeting, they still included a hard rubber strip on the bottom that I can only assume is for when the tool is used on hard surfaces ( which makes no sense to me, it already has an attachment for that) but it caused me all sorts of problems on my carpet because of it. The rubber strip across the carpet does not move well and pushing the carpet head often made very difficult if not impossible on one of my largest area rugs. If you apply any pressure to the head at all the air-driven brush head stops. On several of my low-pile carpets just the weight of the head itself Cáseda to not spin the brush. r rConclusion: r rOverall, I really liked this vacuum but the attachments were so poorly designed and thought out with serious quality issues, that I can not find a reason to recommend this product. I am going to go ahead and test the product 3 stars because the vacuum base is pretty good and if you only have hard surfaces and buy another head Hardwood Floors (around $ 20 elsewhere) the total price and end products are still pretty good. r rif you expect this to work in vacuum men with equal amounts of hard and soft gold in Flooring Wall To Wall Carpet, you have a serious disappointment coming. r rKnow what your buying and what it 's good at (and not good at) before buying this product!
