Description
Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power ™ Hand Vac The Extreme Power Dirt Devil handheld vacuum lives up to its name with a 14.4-volt motor and heavy-duty suction through a 1-1/2-inch nozzle. The units are conveniently cordless and easy to maneuver, making it a handy tool for on-the-go pickups and quick cleaning dry spills. Dirt and trash collects in a large bagless cup with built-in reusable filter that pops off for quick emptying. For tight spaces and stubborn crannies, the vacuum's Quick Flip crevice tool swivels to position - especially a nice feature - and the unit also includes a retractable brush strip. Accompanied by a base charge, the Extreme Power may be mounted on the wall for storage between uses. It measures approximately 14-1/2 inches and contains a generous 3-year warranty. - Emily Bedard
Reviews
I 've had this hand vac for almost 2 years and it still works great. It has a lot of power, other cordless vacs I 've had in the past (including other Dirt Devils) have had limited suction and would die very quickly. I often use this one several times a day. r rA previous reviewer stated that the flip-out crevice tool is useless but I pretty much exclusively use the quick-flip nozzle Because I 've found it to provide superior suction. I mostly use it to pick up crumbs, but it 's powerful enough to pick up pretty much anything that can fit flip through the nozzle. I haven 't found the retractable brush tool very useful, perhaps the only exception is when dealing with dust but otherwise it gets in the way. I 've never replaced the filter and it still seems to be working. I will occasionally do a quick clean of the filter, and you also have to clean out the nozzle flip occasionally if it gets gunky. r rI only use it for quick jobs, I know nothing more than 5 minutes ... but really if you need it for cleaning longer than 5-10 minutes at a time then you should probably be using to plug in vacuum instead. I also wouldn 't recommend it for cleaning inside your car, unless it ' s something that can be done quickly. I keep it stored in the charger base so it 's always ready to go (make sure the light goes on when you place it in the charger or else it won ' t charge.) It will start to slow down after awhile of continuous use (or if you forget to lock it in place in the charger) but for the most part it seems to hold it 's power for long enough to get the job done well. Bottom line for $ 40 this is a great vacuum with a lot of power.
Vac has a lot of suction power for about 10 minutes. RThis is enough time for a vehicle and other small works in most cases. Rthe nozzel Flips Out and is great, but the lock will break easily due to poor design, not a problem. ROverall, the best I could find for small jobs.
He holds the suction power for an extended period of time and the full version of me to make great projects for cleaning. Best hand held vac I've ever owned
At first I thought the Dirt Devil is too noisy and too sucked and blew too much air. And my dogs were afraid of him. But after a while I got used to the vacuum 's energy. Now, I love it. And my dogs Don 't even move when I ' m vacuum.
First of all, reading these reviews, recalls one REALISTIC = = FACT! These assessments are just people 's views, and those are as varied as the people ' s TASTE BUDS! I 'll just tell you now own 2 of these, not just one. 1 is more than 3 years! RI had a B & D model that was great at first, but died at around 16 mos old. So draw your opinion based on what you need to! R rI 've had one of these for over three years, and use it on a daily basis (granted, only a minute or 2 at a time) and = = has never missed a beat! Not once! The battery also seems strong and never causes the engine to work or running slow! Maybe that 's why the VAC is constantly stored in the unit of charge = =! R Rall I did was read the 1 and 2 star reviews and I could see a perfect example of the "typical '" 2009 United States resident "[sad]. I ' m surprised I've seen anyone complain this item couldn 't ' 'read their minds ' 'and automaticlly * * "Go-Usa-se-If-They-Wanted-It-Used - and-Then-Hang-self -Back-Up-And-Don 't Bother-Me- "' r rand for these people who complain that falls vac unit load - I suggest finding a friend or a relative or employer who knows what a '' Level '' is and how to use and read correctly, then verify whether the same mounting surface (wall, etc) that have the charging unit to be mounted on PLUMB ! That person had better "know " what does * lead *! If not, ask someone-else, and don 't listen to all their excuses = trying to = _cover-up_ their ignorance, such as "depends on what we 're talking about ". I ' ve heard it all! Point R rthe is perhaps the land that your home 's foundation is built on - it ' constant 'over the years. So when the house was originally CONSTRUCTION-Brand New, the Foundation was "Level ", and any internal wall was "Plumb ", but if the ground below the foundation has settled over time, l ' opposite is now ((unfortunately)) True! Warning "could 'be water that is not easy to escape patios or sidewalks, but used-to! Even within doors that open or closed-all-alone! A simple question like this from someone who knows what-FACTS-* *- HE 'S TALKING-ABOUT-_not_ in search of back-slapping or anything, but = = public awareness and may even prompt some brain activity and perhaps a few "For Sale " signs in front yards.
This vacuum cleaner is a replacement for the one I had for 5 years, until the batteries died. It has a lot of power, especially if you use the quick flip nozzle. I was very happy with the old one, that is one reason why I bought it, satisfied.
What a great and powerful product for the money. This is the 2nd I ordered a set and. Not only do I use it indoors, but I bought it for vacuuming the car because of its powerful suction and down in quick flip CREVIS tool to build in the corners. My last one died after 2 to 3 years, probably due to my negligence (according to the instructions of the monthly) can not be unloaded and reloaded it. It is also easy to open, clean, which had been drawn. Hope you was helpful. God bless.
We are very pleased to purchase the M0914 Dirt Devil. Very good suction and holding power and charge longer than previous handhelds we are. Also the nozzle extension is very useful for getting in tight areas.
I had one of these for 3 years and use several times a day. It is powerful, easy to clean, and very comfortable to use. It amazes me that some of the comments I've seen in critical reviews. The filter is easy to clean, doesn 't tend to clog even when loaded, and has never been replaced. Mine is always in charge, but the battery doesn 't seem to have a memory, and still runs the vac almost all the time as it did when it was brand new ... a lot of time for housework. Oh, and be realistic about your expectations with any handheld. These Aren 't intended to replace a conventional carpet vacuum etc to do. I remain very happy.
Dirt Devil M0914 Extreme Power Quick Flip Rechargeable Handheld Vacuum Cleaner r rThis Dustbuster replace a small and I like it 's can be used for a long time without losing the ability to suction. In general, it can lift all the areas you want to clean without putting it into the charger. The only think that Don 't like so far is that the lateral ventilation grilles and sometimes ' s blowing in my face. It 's not quiet but not so little that it's annoying. I would recommend this product.
Well done, mostly metal, I used to clean small surfaces, hoped she would have enough power for the car, but not really. R ri have beams of the house and wanted their own, but as they are in the kitchen and the fat goes there, there 's do not.
This is a good vacuum, but I would have liked something a little 'lighter, with a little' more than aspiration. It 's pretty well, though, that ' s why he got 4 stars. I thought the very name, would be of extreme aspiration - but only well enough suction instead.
Small cordless vacuum is powerful, well balanced, and seems to have an office like that. Excellent design has been incorporated into the crevice tool. This vacuum is well worth the price. Ideal for quick clean-ups in the car without dragging the cord.
This is one of the better hand vacs ... that's good enough to pick up. This has a gap inserted Which tool is good but you have to be careful when using it so as not to pause.
Unlike previous portable vacuum I had, it takes a very strong and absorbs dirt and dust well. A special feature is that you extend the small tube, which are mirrored, you can get in hard to reach places. It 's now works for cars, where the other models don ' t have the power vacuum to be effective.
Bought this rechargeable hand vac to give as a gift for Christmas this year. We have one of our own (the second one we have had) and like it so much Because of the attached nozzle and that it is so handy to use.
It works but it has some shortfalls. The main thing is it is not very powerful. My old 7.2Volt DustBuster is more powerful (and noisier). The filter has smaller "pores " than most hand-held Vacuums and that is good up when vacuuming drywall dust or other fine particles. The price you pay is the filter clog up so-so fast and the power starts going down. After vacuuming a small amount of drywall dust, the power falls so low you have to stop and blow out the filter. R rThe Quick Flip Crevice Tool (a flip-down Suction Nozzle) is more effective that I expected. I use it a lot. It focuses THE INCREASING THE Suction Airflow. I have found no use for the retractable brush strip. R RI don 't use the vacuum nozzle in place without the mech. The anemic power the M0914 makes you stand on its nose to get enough suction for vacuuming area. R RSO why four stars if it is underpowered? As hand-held Vacuums go, it isn 't super expensive (I paid $ 37 and Amazon is not shipping), it works well (for a while) where fine particles, its battery lasts okay (but not as long as my old DustBuster ), and it fairly fast recharge. And ... Enough reviewers 'Extreme Power Dirt Devil Vacuums seem to have plenty of power for me to wonder if I have just a wussy M0914.
you'll be amazed at the power of this little hand held VAC. Kitty litter, marbles, dry pasta, etc. .. no problem at all. very nice machine for the price. strongly recommends that
Does a great job of cleaning up small messes. Extension wand difficult to open and close.
This handheld vacuum has a lot of power! It will be picked up dead bugs, and hair. I especially like the pull-down spout get to in tight spots. We have other brands in the past, but this is the best!
This vacuum performs well. It has good suction, good balance, and is easy to empty / clean. It 's the best handheld vacuum that I ' ve ever purchased.
We set up the vacuum at a vertical wall according to their instructions. The first time an adjacent door was closed is the vacuum left by breaking his nose. All other elements mounted on one wall are still there. Can 't even comment on how it works as I only got to use it for a few minutes.
Terrific little machine. Good pick. Easy to clean out. Nice to see SchM. A winner in my book.
